Super Deluxe , a Tamil movie, now on Netflix

A wacky, tarrantino-ish, philosophical, cute dialogues, dark humour and showing characters who are not the usual kinds. The reason I quoted it is to talk about people who live on the Edge of the normal social life. You wouldn't encounter such folks on a daily basis. In this movie, there is a fellow who is a Tsunami survivor who starts believing in Christ and starts to cure people who believes in miracles, sort of evangelical. His son gets injured and his wife is running around for money to pay the hospital for surgery, while this guy brings the wounded son in front of the Tsunami Andavar (a Jesus statue that washed ashore in the Tsunami) and starts deeply praying for his life.

A transgender who had run away after marriage who has a kid. The kid wants to see his father to take him to school and introduce to his friends.

A girl who had killed her boyfriend during intercourse with whom she has a illicit affair post marriage and trying to get rid of the body with her husband who is angry, confused but agrees to help his wife as she tells the truth.

The article below about a person in USA who wanted to live a solitary life , don’t want to mingle with humans and went to live in the forest like the ancient Indian saints.

And these nomadic people who criss-cross USA buying products from stores that are no longer available on Amazon or those out of closing / clearance sale. Their aim is to live a nomadic life on a RV.

All of the above are Edge fellows. Their lives are different. I feel the world is slowly disintegrating with communication options abound. The pressure of living a modern day life is enormous. The need to find oneself amidst this noise will put more and more folks to take the off beaten path.
