I went to the nearby shop to buy some vegetables. It was raining outside. There were very few vehicles moving around due to lock down. There was one other person in the shop. When I carried the bag and moved out, I saw a wild lion charging at me. My heart stopped and I immediately moved aside to protect myself. But then I found myself falling into a trench that was never ending. I was falling at a great speed into the abyss and it was pitch dark. When I landed, I saw a beautiful garden, sunlight pouring in and colorful flowers. I got up and began to walk around the garden. The fragrance of flowers and the bright light with blue skies made me think I was in heaven. I looked around. There was none. As I walked I entered into a dense growth of trees towering to reach the skies. It was very dark again and I was trying to find my way out in the faint light coming through the foliage. It was scary and my heart was thumping. I don’t know how long I was wandering there. I emerged suddenly into an open space, lush green meadows with the blades of grass glistening in the sunlight. No it was moon light. The moon was very big and bright. The meadows were rising as I walked into tall mountains with snow capped peaks. I was feeling very cold. The intensity of the cold air was unbearable. Luckily, there was this chopper that flew out of nowhere and dropped my thermals. I felt cozy and warm again and walked in the snow sometimes turning into glacial ice and found myself sliding at break neck speed downhill into a river. The flow of water was wild like a roller coaster. I caught onto a log which was speeding like a boat. At times I felt I was falling from it and getting swept away, but it all slowed down and I found myself washed ashore near my house which was on a beach.

I saw my wife rushing towards me. All along magically I had held the bag of vegetables. My wife was looking worried and annoyed.

“What took you so long?”, she asked.

“I can’t explain you. You will dismiss all of what I am going to say as a dream”

“You never do things straight. There will be always some catch”, she grabbed the bag and went inside the house.

When she woke up, the sunlight was beaming at an angle high enough. She saw her husband still sleeping.

“Oh what a crazy dream”, she said to herself and walked into the kitchen to make breakfast.
